The latest Ugly Party was held and enjoyed by those in attendance. Although a small group this time around, it was also a nice reunion with former workplace friends. Thanks to Sarah and Luke for hosting!

To the non-initiated... what's an Ugly Part(y)?
The Ugly Party was created a few years back to celebrate the awful, awful, ugly things out there, like dollar store figurines. For an Ugly Party, guests are required to dress in ugly clothing (thrift stores are great for this and hair and makeup are a bonus as well), bring ugly food (this year featured many gross-looking but tasty dips, though previous years included unattractive dishes including rambutans, jello-mould salads, and such), and arrive with an ugly gift for exchanging. Some parties have also featured ugly prizes for ugly categories. A good tacky time is had by all.
Ok this is something I could whole heartedly/OCDly participate in!F-U-N!
