Busy parking lots
Are not the place to smoke weed
In early evening.
I was a bit taken aback when I stopped at the bank machine and came out to find a trio of youngsters smoking their pot in the middle of the busy lot, just hanging out, smoking, and talking. Um. Get a rec-room, kids.
